Feedback Forum is a place where you can express your opinions by leaving Feedback on your transactions. Besides that, you can learn about your trading partners, view their reputations. These member-to-member ratings and comments help the millions of buyers and sellers in the Community build trust.

A very good example was in Ebay’s feedback forum,

For each transaction, buyers and sellers can rate each other by leaving Feedback. Each Feedback consists of a positive, negative, or neutral rating, and a short comment.

A buyer can also rate the seller on additional criteria — accuracy of
item description, communication, shipping time, and shipping and handling charges. These detailed seller ratings (DSRs) do not count toward the Feedback Score and are anonymous. This means that sellers can't tell which buyer left which detailed rating, so buyers can feel free to leave ratings that honestly tell the story about their experience.

Escrow.com reduces the potential risk of fraud by acting as a trusted third party that collects, holds and disburses funds according to Buyer and Seller instructions. It is use for items purchased on auction sites, automobiles, motorcycles, domain names, jewelry, specialized computer equipment, and other high-ticket items. It helps to protect both buyer and seller by ensure that Buyers receive and inspect the merchandise before the Seller is paid. Sellers receive their money if the Buyer accepts the merchandise.
